•Please come a few minutes early to your first appointment to allow time to complete some paperwork.

•Your appointment time will not be extended if you are late. (The full amount for the treatment will be charged.)

•Please note our Cancellation Policy: 4 business-hours notice is required to cancel your appointment or 100% of the consultation fee will be charged. (50% of cancellations fees are donated to The Sydney Children's Hospital.)

•Please wear appropriate clothing to expose the area requiring treatment.

•Please bring any investigations you have (x-ray, CT, MRI, etc).

•You'll be asked questions about your injury. We'll spend a reasonable amount of time working out a diagnosis. You will receive treatment that may include massage, mobilisations, ultrasound, &/or stretching & strengthening exercises.

•You will be given a plan for the on-going management of your injury, including any exercises you need to continue at home. We will discuss the time frame for your complete recovery, and plans for further treatments if they are required.

•Payment is required a the time of your treatment.

•EFTPOS, VISA, & MASTERCARD accepted.

•We have HICAPS so you can claim your private health insurance refund on the spot and only pay the gap. Note: you must bring along your membership card.
